During the June 2025 Paris Men's Fashion Week, Chinese sportswear pioneer LI-NING CHINA successfully hosted a week-long Showroom event in the heart of Paris (23 Rue des Gravilliers, 75003). Centered around the brand’s 26SS “Kung Fu” collection and key international collaborations, the showroom served as a creative and commercial platform to engage global buyers, media, and industry professionals, reinforcing LI-NING’s voice in the international fashion scene.

在2025年6月巴黎男装周期间,李宁(LI-NING)品牌以“功夫潮流”为核心主题,联动多个国际联名系列,于巴黎市中心(23 Rue des Gravilliers, 75003)成功举办为期一周的 Showroom 展示项目。此次展览不仅面向全球买手与媒体展示品牌的最新设计语言,也进一步加强了李宁在国际时尚话语体系中的影响力。

As the executing agency of the project, HUAMA MEDIA was fully responsible for overall planning and on-site execution. The team developed a comprehensive timeline and task allocation plan to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality delivery of each phase. Based on the brand’s presentation needs, HUAMA designed the spatial layout of the showroom, defined product display logic and visitor flow, and built the product display zones, model interaction areas, and negotiation spaces.
 

HUAMA independently planned and executed the Welcome Party on June 24, overseeing staff coordination, material logistics, and event flow to create an engaging brand atmosphere. On the communication front, the team coordinated and invited local French buyers, PR professionals, and media representatives, facilitating interviews and content collaborations to enhance the brand’s visibility in the Paris fashion scene.
 

During the showroom, HUAMA arranged a professional photo and video team to capture high-quality visual materials for post-event communication and recap purposes. Multilingual staff (Chinese, French, English) were also on-site to ensure smooth communication with international guests.

Positioned as a cultural bridge between China and France, HUAMA MEDIA is dedicated to providing localized execution and strategic support for Asian brands expanding into the European market — helping them take a confident first step in telling their global brand story.

HUAMA 负责了 6 月 24 日的 Welcome Party,统筹人员安排、物料调度与流程管理,营造品牌氛围。同时在传播方面,协调并邀请法国本地买手、公关与媒体资源到场,促成现场采访与内容传播合作,提升品牌在当地时尚圈的影响力。 期间还安排了摄影摄像团队现场采集高质量视觉素材,用于品牌后续传播与总结复盘。同时配备专业的中、法、英三语接待人员,为国际来宾提供顺畅的沟通支持。
